Efrat started her legal career in academia. Following her LL.B. degree from the Hebrew University she worked as a research assistant and professor assistant for some of the most highly appreciated, well-known professors in distinguished law schools such as the Hebrew University and the Reichman University, as well as the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania. Efrat also taught various subjects in one of the then top preparation courses for the Israeli Bar exam.
After graduating from University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2010, earning her LL.M with distinction, Efrat returned home to join outstanding law firms in corporate practice and M&A. Until early 2022 Efrat worked in prominent law firms, including, for the last few years, as a partner, practicing complex commercial transactions, M&A, and hi-tech law. Efrat has represented companies through all stages and size, and she is well versed with all commercial aspects and corporate matters of corporations.
Efrat’s experience and knowledge bring her to look at every transaction not only through the lawyer’s perspective, but also from a business point of view, giving her clients an advantage throughout the negotiation of every transaction until its execution. Efrat led some very high-level deals for large international corporations in various fields such as technology, retail, pharma and life-science, food and agro-tech, biotech, and others.
On a personal note: Efrat is fluent in both English and Hebrew, yet when she reads fiction, it is mostly in English. Efrat enjoys solving cryptic crosswords and logic puzzles, and she believes it complements her analytical thinking. Efrat enjoys playing the guitar, writing and cooking, creative outlets that assist the creativity in Efrat’s legal work. Efrat loves playing basketball and scuba-diving, different sports that both require capability, team-work and efficiency.
Most of Efrat’s friends and colleagues simply call her by her surname – Shuster.

Shmulik Shuster earned his LL.B from Reichman University alongside with a degree in Business Administration. Following his acceptance into the Israel Bar Association, Shmulik took a step into the world of business, making a bold decision to concentrate on the commercial aspects rather than the legal. With vast knowledge on the way corporations operate, Shmulik embarked on a journey as a business development executive in a big 4 accounting firm, as well as in one of Israel’s largest law firm.
Blending wealth of business knowledge with legal acumen. Shmulik serves as a trusted advisor to clients, offering comprehensive counsel on diverse legal matters including financing transactions, strategic partnerships, commercial negotiations, and global expansion initiatives.
In recognition of the importance of long-term wealth management and succession planning, Shmulik has been actively involved in advising clients on wills, living wills, and intergenerational wealth transfer.
On a personal note: Shmulik is fluent in both English and in Hebrew. Sometimes his friends and associates from abroad refer to him simply as Sam, but he is mostly known as “Shuster”. Shmulik enjoys running, skiing and scuba diving and he finds it helps coherent thinking. Shmulik prides himself in comprehensive studying and learning subjects, objects, and industries he finds interesting. As an autodidact he has vast knowledge and outstanding understanding in industries such as automotive, life-science, retail, and others, and he is always ready and willing to learn more.

Neria studied law in the University of Haifa, earning his LL.B. in 2020, and was certified as an Israeli lawyer in 2021.
Before joining us, Neria interned and worked as an associate in prominent law offices, gaining vast experience in the field of corporate and commercial law.
Neria advise commercial clients from diverse industries, focusing on technological companies in all phases of growth, entrepreneurs and venture capital investors.
His services include drafting a wide range of commercial agreements, representing both buyers and sellers in finance rounds and M&A transactions, while providing ongoing commercial consulting in the field of corporate law.
On a personal note, Neria is fluent both in English and Hebrew, and enjoys jogging and hiking with his wife and friends.
